As part of a small project team, you will:

• Analyze insurance data and evaluate results
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Deliver findings to clients

You'll liaise directly with clients to gather data, conduct research, and perform quantitative analysis. Working with our dedicated team serving insurance clients, you may also have the chance to travel to client sites. Projects typically last six months, allowing you to become an expert in relevant data and topics.

Based in Lisbon, you will collaborate with the Finalta team, which boasts over twenty years of experience working with leading banks and insurers worldwide. Finalta combines benchmark performance data with best-practice knowledge from 350 financial institutions across 50+ countries, helping clients achieve superior performance.

Our annual benchmarking offers clients a unique management tool to:

• Objectively assess performance against peers
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Close performance gaps and develop a roadmap toward world-class results

🎓 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Over 1 year of relevant internships or experience in strategy, financial services, consultancy, or data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent writing abilities
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and client-management skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in Spanish or German (mandatory)
