Position: Procurement Analyst
The Procurement Analyst will lead and execute operational support for the procurement process to ensure the timely purchase and delivery of finished goods and packing materials across all Immunotec markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all procurement requisitions for finished goods across all Immunotec markets.
- Track deliveries for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods in all markets (Canada, USA, Europe) using Excel databases.
- Create and maintain documentation including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, artwork approvals, supplier uploads, and packing material receipts, utilizing Excel and multiple MRP systems (Norming, Core, Sage).
- Obtain required quality documents for import permits (Cofepris), such as health certificates, lab results, and quality documentation.
- Update Bill of Material lists for all immunotec products manufactured worldwide.
- Perform daily manual checks on shipment statuses, including open POs, requisition approvals, artwork approval, invoices, packing lists, health certificates, and CoA certificates, across various Excel databases.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for intercompany inventory movements (finish products and packing materials), using Excel and MRP systems.
- Maintain updated item codes for packing materials and finished products.
- Provide comprehensive support to internal departments such as Finance, Warehouse, Planning, Accounts Payable, International Trade, and Quality, ensuring smooth operations.
- Respond to requirements from sanitary authorities and international commerce, including label artwork, bill of lading amendments, invoices, certificates of quality, and veterinary certificates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, especially within a manufacturing environment (focus on direct spend).
- Proficient in Excel and vendor management.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Academic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or Engineering.
- Advanced level of English (80% spoken and written).
