Unifi Customer Service Agents are the first line of support for our passengers! In this role, you'll deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring every traveler has a positive experience. If you're friendly, outgoing, and love making people smile, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and related issues.
• Resolve concerns involving delayed, lost, or damaged luggage.
• Utilize computer systems to track and log baggage information.
• Provide courteous and professional customer interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, aligned with your skills and experience.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing 70 pounds or more regularly, and handle weights of 40–50 pounds on elevated surfaces.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• In-state residency (North Carolina)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to clear a background check up to 10 years
• At least 18 years old
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (per Immigration Reform Act of 1986)
• Completion of ramp and SIDA security training for airport access
• Ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
• Alertness to moving vehicles or aircraft and familiarity with radio communication equipment
