Job Summary ✈️
An Agent Passenger Service performs a multitude of airport and passenger service functions, including:
- Making reservations, issuing tickets, and preparing itineraries
- Computing fares, issuing refunds, and checking baggage
- Collecting excess baggage charges and providing travel information
- Meeting aircraft at gates or loading areas, assisting with enplaning and deplaning
- Verifying passenger tickets, accommodating reservation and standby passengers
- Determining flight close-out times and completing flight forms accurately
- Handling lost and found activities, processing claims, and maintaining records
- Receiving and handling airfreight shipments, establishing routing, classifying, and collecting payments
- Preparing required documentation and maintaining shipment records
Additionally, responsibilities include reporting security concerns, ensuring compliance, and supporting other related duties as directed by management.
Salary 💵
$19.28 per hour

Minimum Requirements 📋
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Essential computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English—reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
Preferred Skills 🌟
- Multilingual abilities (Dutch, French, Eastern European languages, German, Italian, Danish, Swedish) are a plus
- Leadership qualities, initiative, and sound judgment
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions 🚶♂️💪
- Capability to lift up to 70 lbs (31.9 kg)
- Ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift
- Twisting, turning, stooping, reaching, and gripping during baggage checks
