Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, ambitious, and results-driven individual to support strategic partnerships, AI initiatives, and cross-functional business operations. This role offers significant visibility, collaborating closely with company leadership on impactful AI projects, partnership development, and growth strategies.

What You’ll Do 🎯

• Identify and research potential partnership opportunities across AI, education technology, robotics, cloud infrastructure, and consumer tech
• Coordinate partnership discussions, follow-ups, pilot timelines, and execution tasks
• Communicate effectively with external partners, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist in managing AI product initiatives, rollout coordination, and operational execution
• Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, and partnership outcomes
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and strategic materials
• Support cross-functional coordination with product, operations, finance, legal, and leadership teams
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives as needed
