About The Role

We're seeking passionate French language specialists to evaluate and enhance AI systems trained on French content. Your insights will influence how AI understands, generates, and teaches French, making a meaningful impact on one of the world's most influential languages.

• Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week, fully asynchronous

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated French speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality
• Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+
• Identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps using expert judgment
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and pedagogically sound French
• Provide structured feedback to directly enhance AI tutoring and language-learning models
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in French
• Experience in teaching French or evaluating learner language
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
• Familiar with learner speech patterns and CEFR frameworks
• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in language assessment, curriculum design, or standardized testing
• Exposure to AI-powered language tools or educational technology
• Comfort working independently within structured, asynchronous workflows
