About the Role

As an AI Evaluation & Annotation Specialist, you will:

• Review AI-generated responses for clarity, correctness, and relevance
• Annotate and label content according to project-specific guidelines
• Follow detailed instructions and ensure consistent application
• Generate or evaluate prompts depending on assignment requirements
• Collaborate with QA Leads to incorporate feedback and improve task quality
• Report your work daily, adhering to productivity and quality standards

Schedule & Work Expectations

This role is aligned with specific QA and project schedules. You must be available during one of the following time windows, based on your language team:

Language & Shift Windows (IST)

• 06:30 – 15:30 IST
• 19:30 – 03:30 IST

Standard expectations include working a consecutive 8-hour shift, or an alternative of two 4-hour shifts (both fully within the allowed schedule). Please note: only logged and approved hours are paid — no holidays or paid time off are provided. 💼
