About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated After School Enrichment Educators to supervise and engage students during after-school programs. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love creating safe, stimulating, and supportive learning experiences, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Plan and lead interactive recreational and enrichment activities.
• Encourage positive social interactions and promote teamwork.
• Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
• Prepare and organize activity materials, ensuring spaces are clean and safe.

Preferred Experience

• Languages: French or similar languages.

Schedule & Compensation

• 🗓️ Schedule: Monday - Friday; hours vary depending on program needs.
• 💰 Compensation: $50 per hour.

Requirements

• 🔹 Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 🔹 Willing to complete more than 3 hours of online training.
• 🔹 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
