Position: After School Educator

This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school programs. It’s ideal for educators who thrive in lively environments and love fostering positive social and learning experiences.

What You'll Do 📝

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
• Prioritize safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Plan and lead interactive recreational and enrichment activities.
• Encourage positive social interactions and promote teamwork.
• Manage student behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
• Prepare materials and ensure activity spaces are clean and safe.

Preferred Experience 💬

• Languages: French or similar language skills are highly desired.

Schedule & Compensation ⏰💰

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; hours vary based on program needs.
• Compensation: $50 per hour.

Requirements ✅

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to complete more than 3 hours of online training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
