About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as After School Enrichment Educators. This role involves supervising and engaging students during after-school programs, providing a safe and supportive environment that fosters learning and fun.

Position: After School Educator

• Focus: Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade
• Responsibilities:
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities
• Facilitate positive social interactions and teamwork
• Manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare activity materials and keep spaces clean and safe
• Preferred Experience: Instructors with experience in activities such as:
• Languages: French or similar

Schedule & Compensation ⏰💰

• Schedule: Monday – Friday; specific hours vary based on program needs
• Compensation: $50 per hour

Requirements ✅

• 18+ years of age
• Ability and willingness to complete over 3 hours of online training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
