Location & Schedule
This position is based in Belvue, WA, Frisco, TX, Overland Park, KS, or Florida. It requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in the office.

Are you a creative advertising specialist with strong project management skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? T-Mobile is seeking a dedicated Advertising Manager to join our dynamic advertising team. 🎯
Team Focus
The Multicultural and Sponsorships Advertising Team manages all national campaigns targeting the Hispanic market, including Brand, Network, Postpaid Mobile, T-Internet, Sponsorships, and other national products. In this role, you will lead the execution of advertising tactics across the country, aligning creative strategies with T-Mobile's traffic-driving goals.
Essential Functions
Creative Development & Project Management
- Coordinate project timelines, conduct agency briefings, and manage reviews of creative concepts and materials.
- Oversee feedback and revisions to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Provide strategic guidance to agencies, adhering to T-Mobile’s brand guidelines.
BTL Tactics (e.g., Digital Display, OOH, Print)
- Lead creative execution, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with and receive mentorship from the Senior Advertising Manager.
- Manage legal clearances and work closely with legal teams to optimize creative outcomes and ensure compliance.
ATL Tactics (e.g., Video, Radio)
- Assist the Senior Advertising Manager in project execution.
- Manage timelines, legal clearances, and creative reviews to maintain strategic and compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Handle multiple projects across various teams seamlessly.
- Serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Coordinate approval processes with legal, business owners, and management.
Budget & Schedule Management
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proactively resolve operational challenges impacting project quality and deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising or marketing communications (wireless or consumer tech preferred), or agency account management.
- Fluent in Spanish (reading and writing) – native speaker required.
- Understanding of the creative process to effectively communicate with agencies.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, complex environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Retail, US Wireless, Consumer Electronics, or Technology sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
- Experience with Teams, Workfront, AirTable is a plus.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors; prior agency background preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Base Salary Range: $58,100 – $104,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
