Summary 📝
We seek a passionate Regional Manager (RM) to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team development across multiple NRG Family Entertainment Centers, each spanning between 35,000 and 80,000 sq. ft. The RM will ensure consistent safety, exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability at all locations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities 🎯
- Leadership & Oversight: Provide strategic direction and operational management across all centers in the region.
- Facility Standards: Guarantee a safe, clean, and FUN environment for guests of all ages.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain uniform standards across soft play, trampolines, arcades, gaming, and café operations.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with GMs and MPs to execute initiatives and meet KPIs.
- Financial Performance: Monitor P&L, identify revenue opportunities, and manage costs effectively.
- Financial Accountability: Drive site-level management of labor, inventory, and expenses.
- Sales & Marketing: Support growth through marketing, group sales, and community outreach.
- People Development: Recruit, coach, and nurture management teams to foster leadership and a positive culture.
- Operations & Safety: Ensure safety protocols for attractions, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely maintenance.
- Travel & Reporting: Travel approximately 75% within the region and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support overall success.
Essential Qualifications & Skills ⭐
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably within family entertainment, hospitality, or high-volume retail/restaurants
- Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams across multiple locations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region (estimated 75%)
- Bilingual in Mandarin is required
