📍 Position Details

• Location: Brooklyn, NY
• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (2–3 days/week)
• Salary: $115,000–$150,000 annually (commensurate with experience and schedule)

📝 Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
• Document medical histories and clinical findings
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Administer treatments and modify plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families about disease management and prevention

✅ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York State
• Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 1 year of experience in Primary Care
• Fluency in Russian is required
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
