Key Responsibilities

The Admissions Representative will play a vital role in recruiting, enrolling, and supporting students on their journey into the music and entertainment industry. Under the guidance of the campus Director of Admissions, you'll:

  • Maintain compliance with all State, Accreditation, and Department of Education Standards ✅
  • Assist in developing and executing effective marketing strategies 🎯
  • Conduct campus tours and address inquiries regarding costs, curriculum, safety, and policies 🏫
  • Guide prospective students from initial contact to enrollment signing ✍️
  • Engage with current students and alumni to foster community and encourage referrals 🌟
  • Follow up to ensure student persistence through graduation 🎓
  • Maintain comprehensive records of communications and applications 📂
  • Participate in school events like career days, seminars, and graduation ceremonies 🎉

Develop Industry Knowledge Through

  • Industry seminars and staff meetings
  • Internet-based information systems
  • Industry publications and curriculum resources
  • Staff Development via Max Knowledge courses
  • Courses offered by SAE Institute

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of two years of student or client service experience ⭐
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required 🗣️
  • Effective oral and written communication skills ✨
  • Proficiency using PC/MAC 💻
  • Excellent organization and presentation abilities 🎤
  • Flexible hours availability ⏰
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to representing the school honestly 🤝
