Job Description

Assists in performing diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department.

Job Responsibilities

• Clerical Tasks:
  • Typing various correspondence, reports, and articles.
  • Greeting and directing visitors.
  • Answering telephones, taking messages, and managing intercom pages.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintaining department/office files and record keeping, including patient records.
  • Taking minutes during meetings.
  • Collecting payments.
  • Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office.

Qualifications Required

• Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
