We are hiring two dedicated Administrative / Leasing Associates to support leasing operations at a vibrant new residential development in Willets Point, Corona, Queens. This client-facing position combines leasing assistance, daily administrative tasks, and resident services. No prior industry experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.
💼 Compensation
- $25/hour, commensurate with experience

🏢 Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours and engage prospective tenants professionally and warmly
- Guide applicants through the entire leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in
- Assist with income qualification and application review following LIHTC affordable housing guidelines
- Prepare lease agreements, review applications, and handle all related correspondence
- Maintain accurate records using property management software (e.g., Yardi)
- Manage high-volume administrative tasks including documentation, lease files, and compliance with building rules
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Collaborate with the leasing team to meet occupancy targets and ensure resident satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
- Bilingual Mandarin is essential (Cantonese is a plus)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills — focus on detailed documentation
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Warm, professional, and personable demeanor — ideal for a client-facing role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick learner of property management software (e.g., Yardi)
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
