Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide a high level of administrative support to patients and providers within the department, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Proactive Communication: Respond proactively to appointment scheduling, surgical postings, clinical emergencies, and general operational inquiries from patients and providers.
• Promotion & Outreach: Promote the department and its services to patients, referring providers within the system, and the wider community.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of healthcare administrative experience
