Overview
The Administrative Assistant will support the Latin America Coverage Group within Origination & Advisory. This role involves assisting the Group Head and Managing Directors, fostering collaboration across regional offices, and ensuring smooth operations. The position requires a motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a team environment and is prepared to work onsite five days a week.

What You’ll Do 📝
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries, expense reimbursements, meetings, conference room bookings, and catering
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes such as desk setup, floor access, and ID creation
- Support the Group Head and Business Manager with presentations using PowerPoint and Excel
- Liaise with high-profile individuals and ensure timely follow-up on projects
- Arrange coverage when away from the desk or office
- Develop a strong understanding of O&A policies & guidelines
Skills You’ll Need 🚀
- College degree required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively
- Highly motivated and adaptable to ad-hoc tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Expectations & Additional Information 🎯
Employees are expected to work onsite in New York, NY, following Deutsche Bank’s hybrid working model.

Salary Range: $60K to $95K (dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications). Salaries do not include bonuses or other compensation.
