Job Title: Administrative Assistant, LatAm

Location: New York, NY

Overview

The Administrative Assistant will support the Latin America Coverage Group within Origination & Advisory. This role involves assisting the Group Head and Managing Directors, fostering collaboration across regional offices, and ensuring smooth operations. The position requires a motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a team environment and is prepared to work onsite five days a week.

What You’ll Do 📝

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries, expense reimbursements, meetings, conference room bookings, and catering
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes such as desk setup, floor access, and ID creation
  • Support the Group Head and Business Manager with presentations using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Liaise with high-profile individuals and ensure timely follow-up on projects
  • Arrange coverage when away from the desk or office
  • Develop a strong understanding of O&A policies & guidelines

Skills You’ll Need 🚀

  • College degree required
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively
  • Highly motivated and adaptable to ad-hoc tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Expectations & Additional Information 🎯
