🕒 Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
🎯 Position Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the President and Human Resources team by ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with compliance and employee engagement initiatives. This position involves supporting two operating companies, requiring flexibility to work at either Tampa (9020 King Palm Drive) or Gibsonton (13040 Bay Industrial Drive) locations as needed.
🔹 Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the OpCo’s Associate Engagement Captain – plan and coordinate holidays, events, and celebrations
- Oversee the Employee of the Month program
- Assist with scheduling new hire orientations and scanning documents for I-9 compliance
- Respond to management and associate inquiries regarding policies and procedures
- Lead initiatives as part of the Associate Engagement Committee
- Translate English to Spanish during weekly orientations as needed
- Track employee birthdays and anniversaries, capture photos, and post on LinkedIn and AppSpace
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate employee training sessions and keep training records up to date
- Provide administrative support to the President and HR team, including filing, scanning, and scheduling meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information at all times

- Reliable time-management skills to balance recurring programs and daily administrative duties
- Customer-service oriented, capable of handling inquiries professionally and accurately
- Approachable and personable, effective in employee engagement and event coordination
- Creative and enthusiastic, especially in planning celebrations and recognition programs
📝 Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of administrative experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with real-time translation skills during meetings and orientations
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication skills via Outlook email, Microsoft Teams, and phone
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
💰 Compensation:
The position offers an hourly rate of $20 - $22, commensurate with experience.
