⚙️ Responsibilities
- Assist in updating internal and external communication policies
- Build and maintain social media relationships by engaging in discussions about our content, products, and brand
- Develop content calendars and promotional ideas for social media sites
- Recommend new social media tools, platforms, and applications
- Monitor all social media outlets daily, including pages, sites, blogs, etc.
- Apply relevant social media techniques and tools to enhance results and efficiency
- Maintain and update external social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and community platforms
- Research, prepare presentations, and generate reports
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prepare and oversee invoices
- Support team efforts and accomplish related tasks as needed
- Draft letters and emails on behalf of office staff
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Accurately document meeting minutes
- Develop and update administrative systems to improve efficiency

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Proven social media management skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Previous administrative or assistant experience
