UpRight People Consultancy Is Hiring An Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Chinese/English)

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Receptionist and Administrative Assistant who can well represent the company as the first face of the brand.

This talent will provide exceptional front desk service while supporting daily administrative operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and internal/external clients, the ideal candidate should be highly approachable with strong client focus, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Reception:

  • Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the company.* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.* Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.* Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization and its services.

Administrative Support:* Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentation materials.* Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, with attention to detail.* Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as needed.* Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to ensure availability.* Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.* Relevant experience as Receptionist, Front-desk, or Customer Service roles is essential.* Detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in providing administrative support.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.* Proficiency in MS Office applications.* Strong learning agility, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.* Excellent command of Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English is a must; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
