Qualifications

Preferred:

• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Journalism is a plus 🎓
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, online advertising, or social media 📱
• Skills: Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets ✅
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to pitch over the phone and craft compelling proposals 🗣️✍️
• Organization: Good time management with the ability to independently plan your day 🕒
• Customer Focus: Keen interest in customer interaction and business ownership 🤝

Responsibilities

• Consultation & Optimization: Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping develop and enhance their channels by promoting platform features and tools 📈
• Understanding Needs: Detect and comprehend customer goals and objectives 🎯
• Platform Knowledge: Leverage key platform features to connect with customer needs effectively 🔑
• Client Management: Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through video calls, emails, and phone conversations 📞💻✉️
• Portfolio Oversight: Manage and prioritize your client portfolio, identify opportunities, and follow up over several months to foster ongoing growth 🔄
