As an Activities Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging recreational and therapeutic experiences for our residents. Your creativity and enthusiasm will help foster a positive and lively community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of activities for residents
• Engage residents in arts and crafts, games, music, and other recreational programs 🎨🎶
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement a monthly activities calendar 📅
• Provide one-on-one support for residents who may need extra assistance
• Foster a sense of community and encourage social interaction among residents
• Document and maintain records of residents' participation in activities
