🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions: Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
• Maintain records: Keep accurate accounting records and update general ledgers
• Close books: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Expense management: Reconcile logistics-related expenses such as freight, transportation, and rent
• Tax support: Prepare data for sales tax, VAT, and corporate tax filings
• Manage balances: Oversee A/R and A/P accounts
• Organize documents: Keep accounting documents organized and coordinate with external CPAs and tax advisors
• Additional duties: Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Korean Bilingual required

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in accounting within a logistics or transportation company
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, ERP, etc.
• Familiarity with U.S. accounting and tax practices
• Effective English communication skills

• Employment Type: Full-time (probation period may apply)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and interview
