Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately input and manage data from source documents into our systems. If you are organized, proficient with data tools, and fluent in Russian, we want to hear from you! 🌟

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms
• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for efficient data entry
• Check source documents for accuracy and completeness
• Verify and correct data as necessary to ensure quality
• Update and maintain data records, deleting unnecessary files when needed
• Work with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) at an advanced level
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively under supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Fluency in Russian and an intermediate level of English
