🔍 Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and support financial reporting within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This role involves partnering across regions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, while also enhancing accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical accounting expertise, operational leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including:
  • Revenue recognition
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Payroll
  • Cash management
  • Credit management
  • General ledger activities
• Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
• Support external audits and prepare audit documentation
• Enhance and improve accounting processes, procedures, and controls
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities
• Assist with tax reporting and regulatory compliance
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations teams

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Previous experience as an Accounting Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle (preferred)
• Familiarity with SOX/internal controls (preferred)
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting international or Canadian operations (preferred)
