Job Opening: Accounting Clerk in Los Angeles, CA 🧾
Position Overview
We are expanding our team in the United States and are looking for a dedicated Accounting Clerk to support our accounting operations. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will handle routine accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) functions
- Verify and reconcile simple bank statements
- Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and analysis
- Prepare government tax reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) by deadlines
- Process year-end Form 1099-MISC for vendors in a timely manner
- Handle confidential documents and data responsibly
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in GAAP rules
- Flexible schedule based on operational needs
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Applications
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
