Accounting Associate (Entry, Bilingual Korean) 🔍

Responsibilities 📝

• Collaborate with team members to compile, analyze, and report accounting data
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Assist with Monthly Closing processes
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports for senior leadership and Korea headquarters
• Utilize bookkeeping software, SAP, and maintain accurate financial records in company files or databases
• Ensure timely payment of company bills
• Implement and enforce financial and inventory controls
• Stay current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications 🎓

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• 0 to 3 years of experience in the accounting field (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Korean (bilingual required)
