Opportunity: Accounting Analyst with German Language (R2R) 💼🇩🇪

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Monitoring: Account Reconciliation and MJE
• Stock Management: Finished goods stock accounting monitoring
• Financial Processes: Accrual AP & AR, R&D, transfer from plant monitoring
• Posting & Monitoring: Provision and incentives
• Bank Payments: GL bank payment flow via ICM from central finance
• Reporting: Forecast and management reporting with BW-BPS
• Documentation & Control: Intercompany documentation and control
• Regional Accounting: P/L allocation of depreciation and costs
• Account Management: Charts of Accounts control and master data management
• SLA & Quality Assurance: Ensuring SLA compliance and troubleshooting
• Team Support: Assisting team members with operational guidance and reviews
• Operational Escalations: Handling escalations received from team leaders or supervisors

What We Are Looking For 🎯

• Languages: Professional proficiency in German and English (at least B2 level)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Accounting, preferably in R2R, GL, or Tax area
• Systems Knowledge: Good command of SAP, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience: Prior experience in similar roles is a plus
