Position: Bilingual Japanese Accounting Analyst

Job Details

• Type: Full-Time / 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00

What We Need from You

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual with strong communication skills who is eager to develop relationships across cultures. Ideal candidates are coachable, driven, and collaborative.

Qualifications

• CPA License ✅
• Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or finance
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS familiarity is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 📝🗣️
• Ability to maximize productivity and organizational efficiency

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Maintain and manage the accounting system (QuickBooks) to ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare financial statements and support consolidation reporting for our international parent company in Japan 🇯🇵
• Manage cash flow and related processes
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on compliance and filings
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures ahead of future audits
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed
