Key Responsibilities 📝

• Participate in the accounting close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial information for Starlink subsidiaries.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, reserves, intercompany transactions, and handle foreign currency conversions as needed.
• Partner with local service providers to review and coordinate international statutory filings, bridging statutory financial and tax books to U.S. GAAP.
• Support tax compliance efforts, including VAT/GST and maintaining documentation for tax refunds and credits.
• Assist in process and reporting improvements, including standardization initiatives.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for external audits and collaborate with auditors.
• Participate in special projects as requested.

Basic Qualifications ✅

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Preferred Skills & Experience 🌟

• CPA license or equivalent credential.
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with MS Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and international accounting standards, including multi-currency environments.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Efficient time management and the ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and foster a positive work environment.

Additional Requirements 🚧

• Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed to meet deadlines.
• Position based onsite in Hawthorne, CA—remote or hybrid options are not available.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Salary Range: $75,000 – $115,000 per year
