Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As an Account Services Specialist, you'll collaborate within a metrics-driven team that thrives on engagement, continuous learning, and growth. Your daily efforts will make a tangible difference in our customers' experiences.

  • Billing Support – Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, charges, payments, and account billing details. Provide clear explanations and accurate information to ensure satisfaction.
  • Customer Assistance – Communicate proactively with customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and resolve billing-related concerns effectively.
  • Issue Resolution – Investigate and resolve basic billing issues such as invoice discrepancies, refunds, discounts, and account adjustments. For complex issues, gather necessary information and escalate to higher-level support teams.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams and partners to handle billing cases efficiently and provide precise information to customers.
  • Customer Experience – Follow up on resolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and maintaining profitability.
  • Performance & Productivity – Manage daily tasks, including Salesforce tickets, inbound and outbound calls, and emails, while contributing to team goals through accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer focus.
