• Client Consultation: Act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of global enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration of mental health solutions.
• Retention Strategy: Own the retention plan for Japan-based entities, identifying churn risks and delivering data-driven business reviews.
• Account Management: Serve as the dedicated contact for key strategic accounts, navigating internal hierarchies to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications 🎯

• 3+ years of experience in account management
• Experience working with large global customers is desirable
• Experience in EAP management or healthcare sales is an advantage
• Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and English
• Experience managing financial aspects of client contracts is essential
