Ted Jordan, a rapidly expanding media trading and consulting agency, is seeking an experienced Account Manager based in Lisbon to support our Italian clients and contribute to our international growth. 🌍

The Role

As the main point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, you will manage their programmatic campaigns from start to finish across Yahoo DSP and other platforms, working closely with our trading and operations teams to deliver exceptional results. 🤝

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships with Italian clients, acting as their trusted programmatic partner
• Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on Yahoo DSP and additional DSPs (DV360, TTD, Meta, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance daily: KPIs, pacing, ROI, brand safety
• Configure tracking tools: CM360, pixels, UTMs, GA4 attribution
• Produce clear and actionable performance reports for Italian clients
• Coordinate internally between clients, trading, and operations teams
• Stay informed about programmatic market trends in Italy

Profile

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in programmatic advertising (account management, trading, adtech, or agency side)
• Hands-on expertise with DSP platforms (Yahoo DSP, DV360, TTD, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of ad tracking and measurement (CM360, pixels, UTMs)
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
• Autonomous, client-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Language Requirements

• Italian: Native proficiency — mandatory 🇮🇹
• English: Fluent — mandatory 🌍
• French: Professional level — nice to have 🇫🇷
