The Role
This role is on-site at our co-working location in the Flatiron neighborhood. As part of our growing Restaurant Success team, we’re looking for a Account Manager (Bilingual Spanish) who is passionate about driving revenue growth and seeking out new opportunities.
This role involves more than maintaining relationships; it’s about being proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and working in a quota-driven environment where your success directly impacts the company's bottom line.
You will be responsible for maximizing revenue from your portfolio of restaurant partners by proactively uncovering new opportunities, educating them on platform optimization, and actively helping them grow their business. Additionally, you’ll ensure that our partners are engaged and receiving value from our services.
What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and upselling new opportunities within your portfolio.
- Manage relationships with restaurant partners, focusing on aggressive growth and revenue optimization.
- Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities to ensure partners maximize their use of Seated.
- Educate partners on platform best practices to improve their performance and bottom line.
- Work toward and exceed sales quotas consistently, hitting targets every quarter.
- Leverage data analytics to spot trends, upsell opportunities, and enhance partner performance.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to generate additional revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to support account growth and success.
- Maintain accurate account data within our CRM and report on account status and opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or upselling, especially in fast-paced environments with quota responsibilities.
- Proven success exceeding sales or revenue goals under quota-driven targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and building partnerships.
- A self-starter mindset with the drive to continuously seek new account opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Deep industry knowledge of restaurant or hospitality is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in consultative sales or upselling strategies that focus on revenue growth.
