Green Arrow Enterprises LLC Is Hiring An Account Manager
Green Arrow Staffing is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager – OEM Programs to support a leading manufacturer of fluid components and systems (e.g., tubing, connectors, fuel/thermal fluid systems). This role owns the financial performance, customer relationships, and growth strategy of assigned OEM programs. 🚀
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Growth & Business Development
- Lead RFQ strategy and execution for fluid component programs
- Identify opportunities to expand product lines within OEM accounts
- Drive revenue and long-term program wins
🔹 Commercial & Financial Ownership
- Own pricing, cost structure, and margin performance
- Lead or support price negotiations and cost recovery
- Maintain pricing matrices and resolve financial issues
🔹 Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Purchasing
- Ensure competitive, accurate, and feasible quotes
- Align teams on cost and production goals
🔹 Program Management
- Track raw material changes, amortization, and cost drivers
- Manage engineering changes and program performance
- Support launch readiness and ongoing success
🔹 Relationship Management
- Build OEM and internal relationships
- Act as a commercial and technical liaison
- Understand integration of fluid systems into vehicles
Qualifications 🎓
- Korean Speaking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Automotive or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to communicate technical products effectively
Preferred Experience 🌟
- Experience with fluid components, fuel systems, or thermal systems
- OEM or Tier 1 experience
- Familiarity with systems like TeamCenter, Windchill, WERS
Work Environment 🏢
- Hybrid office and manufacturing environment
- Travel required ✈️
- PPE required on production floor
