About the Role
If you're seeking a position with variety and influence, this is your opportunity. As a Key Account Manager, your primary focus will be to develop sales across multiple clients. You will collaborate with the Head of Accounts to foster excellent client relationships, craft sales strategies, set targets, and oversee commercial and promotional initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Account Management 📝
- Identify growth drivers: Develop client plans aligning with the country's commercial policies and specific growth initiatives.
- Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients, negotiate, prepare, and present contracts, and execute the country’s promotional plans.
- Strategy Communication: Share insights on customer channel strategies and support local development activities and problem-solving efforts.
- Credit Management: Oversee clients’ credit accounts.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze client performance and implement solutions such as new initiatives, events, pricing adjustments, or profit optimization.
Activity Planning and Management 📊
- Promotion Oversight: Ensure proper application of promotions and commercial conditions negotiated.
- Pricing Monitoring: Keep track of own and competitors’ product pricing, maintaining key trade relationships for better market insights.
- Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts for clients.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and evaluate customers’ sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
About You
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within FMCG markets. Required
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Sales Track Record: Proven success in achieving targets.
- Marketing Skills: Experience in category, customer, and channel marketing.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with commercial and office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of P&L.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Marketing is an advantage.
