What You Will Do:

🤝 Client Relationship Management
Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary contact, understanding their HR needs, providing tailored solutions, and regularly assessing satisfaction to identify new opportunities for growth.

💡 Consulting and Advisory
Assess clients' HR challenges and recommend practical, effective solutions to enhance their organizational performance.

🔍 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Ensure clients' talent acquisition goals are met throughout the entire hiring lifecycle, from defining requirements to onboarding.

🚀 Business Development & Sales
- Proactively identify new business opportunities by developing leads, engaging in sales activities, and expanding the client base.
- Create tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new clients.
- Participate in prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.

📈 Project Management
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality services, effectively manage resources, and monitor project progress.

🔄 Business Growth & Client Retention
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HR consulting services, ensuring high client satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly.

🤝 Collaboration
Work closely with HR consultants, recruiters, and support staff to ensure smooth service delivery and client success.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English for high-level business operations
- Experience in HR consulting, account management, or similar roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Preferred: HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR are a plus
