The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, your main goal is to expand and enhance Agoda's supply network by remotely managing a portfolio of hotel partners within the mid-tail segment. Your focus will be on increasing partner engagement, optimizing portfolio performance, and improving supply metrics through digital-first account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio: Oversee 75–100 hotels in the mid-tail segment, ensuring consistent growth and quality.
  • Build relationships: Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with hotel partners through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Optimize performance: Drive improvements in key supply metrics such as SHS, DS, Pvar, and AV by analyzing data and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Activate products & promotions: Promote Agoda’s offerings to partners, track deal performance, and ensure outcomes are documented accurately.
  • Leverage digital tools: Use platforms like Avaya, HubSpot, and SHS/DS Playbooks for outreach, logging activities, and reporting progress.
  • Achieve coverage targets: Maintain at least 90% portfolio coverage each quarter, focusing on underperforming properties for higher impact.
  • Stay current: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new tools, processes, and industry trends.
