About the Role

As an Account Manager at Acenda, you will serve as the primary contact for key accounts, primarily focusing on brands and manufacturers in the APAC region. You won't just manage accounts—you will be a growth architect, leveraging our proprietary tools to amplify our clients' online presence. 🚀

Key Responsibilities

• Global Relationship Management: Act as the lead consultant for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring their strategic goals are achieved through the Acenda platform.
• International Travel: Travel quarterly to China for partner meetings, site visits, and to strengthen relationships.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data visualization) to analyze sales data and deliver actionable insights.
• AI Integration: Employ advanced AI tools to optimize product listings, automate communications, and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Cross-Border Coordination: Work flexible hours to sync with Asian time zones, ensuring smooth communication with international teams and stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

• Linguistic Mastery: Full professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
