About the Role
As a top-tier open-source ERP SaaS software provider, Odoo relies heavily on our Direct Sales team to succeed. As an Account Executive, you'll strategically identify and develop business opportunities interested in Odooβs SaaS offerings.
In this role, you will work closely with companies to streamline their processes using Odoo. Itβs a technical sales position for experienced professionals passionate about software and business, offering the chance to learn to sell across diverse industries and deliver exceptional value to customers.
Your mission is to help us grow our market share within various software verticals by:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Account Executives to promote Odoo SaaS solutions π
- Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound lead qualification to closing and post-sale account management for upselling π
- Analyze prospectsβ business operations and craft tailored Odoo implementation demos βοΈ
- Sell diverse SaaS solutions across nearly any industry in Latin America π
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency π‘
- Participate in team reviews and share best practices π£οΈ
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets (quota carrying role) π―
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree preferred π
- 1+ years experience in SaaS sales π₯οΈ
- Fluency in Spanish (professional or native/bilingual): reading, writing, and speaking π£οΈ
- Understanding of business operations and software landscape π’
- Ability to learn quickly, think on your feet, and communicate effectively π¬
- Results-driven, analytical, self-motivated, and proactive π
- Creative thinker and strategic mindset π¨
- Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments π
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in closing sales at a SaaS provider πΌ
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals π₯

Compensation Details
The estimated annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this role range from $70,000 to $90,000. The base salary varies between $50,000 to $70,000, with actual compensation reflecting experience, education, and performance. π°
