About the Opportunity

ScanPay is a mobile-first platform tailored for home service professionals such as plumbers, locksmiths, HVAC technicians, and cleaning experts. Our solution enables service teams to invoice, collect payments, and manage operations seamlessly—without subscriptions or hardware, just a simple per-transaction fee.

We are hiring two (2) passionate Account Executives to join our expanding team. This role blends sales, community networking, and user onboarding to make a real impact.

The Role

You will be a vital part of growing ScanPay’s user community. Although this is a sales position, our approach emphasizes building trust and advising service professionals on solutions that streamline their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & Engage: Find home service professionals (plumbers, locksmiths, HVAC, etc.) who could benefit from ScanPay.
• Network: Expand ScanPay’s presence through your professional and community connections.
• Onboard: Support new users with app setup and usage to ensure immediate value realization.
• Achieve Goals: Meet monthly onboarding and activation targets to foster user growth.

What We Are Looking For

• Sales/Community Experience: Background in sales, customer onboarding, or community development is preferred.
• Self-Starter: Motivated to work independently in a remote setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication; fluency in Hebrew, Arabic, or Russian is a significant advantage.
• Tech Comfort: Ability to clearly explain digital solutions to small business owners.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).
