Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite in Brisbane, CA, and 2 days remote.

About the Role 🎯
Odoo is hiring Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team. In this role, you will:
- Engage with warm leads and recruit organizations to join Odoo’s partner network across North America.
- Introduce partners to Odoo’s suite of business applications, helping them generate new revenue streams.
- Manage partner relationships within your designated territory, guiding them through onboarding and the sales cycle.
- Receive comprehensive training on the Odoo ecosystem to close deals successfully and support customized implementations.
We seek motivated, proactive individuals with a strong “get-it-done” mindset.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Recruit partners for Odoo ERP software, utilizing data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT evaluation strategies.
- Develop revenue growth strategies using our lead scoring system, projecting business revenue, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze strategic changes, extract data, identify trends, and create dashboards in Odoo for managerial insights.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Design and negotiate tailored implementation packages through a consultative approach with potential partners.
What We Look For 🎓
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business-related field) or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and French (professional or native/bilingual proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong understanding of software and emerging technologies.
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Curiosity about business operations and growth.

- A playful, friendly attitude balancing a serious work ethic.
- Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or E-commerce software.
- SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience.
- Motivation and curiosity to understand business owners’ needs and challenges.

Estimated Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings), with a base salary of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and location.
