Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) – Brisbane, CA

The Role: Account Executive, Partnerships 💼
We are seeking proactive, results-oriented Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team. In this position, you will nurture warm leads, recruit new organizations into Odoo’s partner network across the region, and support their success.
You will:
- Introduce partners to Odoo’s integrated business applications, helping them generate new revenue streams.
- Manage partner relationships within a designated territory.
- Guide partners through onboarding and sales cycles.
- Engage in full training on the Odoo ecosystem to effectively close deals and support tailored implementations.

Responsibilities 📝
- Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP, utilizing data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT strategies.
- Develop revenue growth strategies using Odoo’s lead scoring system, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and customize ERP solutions using Python and SQL.
- Analyze business data to track key metrics, create dashboards, and prepare reports for management in Odoo software.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management.
- Collaborate with partners to design and negotiate tailored implementation packages.
Qualifications & Skills ✅
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business) or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking—professional or native/bilingual).
- Strong understanding of software and emerging technologies.
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity about business operations and growth opportunities.
Nice to Have ⭐
- A balanced approach to work—serious and professional, yet friendly and playful among colleagues.
- Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or E-commerce software.
- SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience.
- Intrinsic motivation and curiosity about the businesses of your clients.
Compensation & Perks 💰
- Competitive salary: $70,000-$90,000 OTE (with a base of $50,000-$70,000).
