📝 About the Job
We are hiring Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll pursue warm leads and recruit new organizations to join Odoo’s partner network across the region.
You’ll introduce partners to Odoo’s comprehensive suite of business applications, enabling them to offer these solutions alongside their existing services to generate new revenue streams. You will also manage partner relationships within a specific territory, guiding them through onboarding and the sales cycle.
We provide full training on the Odoo ecosystem so you can successfully close deals and support tailored implementations. We’re seeking proactive, results-driven individuals with a strong “get-it-done” attitude. 🎯
🚀 Responsibilities
- Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP software using data analytics, CRM score tracking, and BANT strategy evaluation
- Develop revenue-increasing strategies via the Odoo scoring lead system, projecting revenue, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and customizing Odoo ERP solutions with Python and SQL
- Analyze strategic changes, extract data, track trends, and create dashboards in Odoo for managerial insights
- Meet or surpass monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, effective pipeline management, and deal closure within set timelines
- Engage in consultative discussions to design and negotiate customized implementation packages with future partners
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business) or equivalent education and experience
- Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual — reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong awareness of software and emerging technologies
- Minimum of 1+ years in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Curiosity about business operations and how they function

The estimated annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, with a base salary range of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, performance, and location.
