About the Role 🚀

We are seeking proactive, results-driven Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team. Your primary mission will be to pursue warm leads, recruit new organizations into Odoo’s partner network, and manage these relationships within your designated territory.

In this role, you will:

  • Introduce partners to Odoo’s comprehensive suite of business applications
  • Help partners generate new revenue streams by offering Odoo alongside their existing services
  • Guide partners through onboarding and the sales cycle
  • Participate in full training on the Odoo ecosystem to ensure successful deal closure and customized implementations

We're looking for individuals with a strong "get-it-done" mindset who thrive on achieving results and supporting our partners' success.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Conduct partnership recruitment using data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT strategies
  • Develop revenue growth strategies through lead scoring, revenue projection, and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, utilizing Python and SQL for client customization
  • Analyze strategic changes and report key performance metrics via dashboards and trend analysis within Odoo
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Design and negotiate tailored implementation packages with prospective partners in a consultative manner

Required Qualifications ✅

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business-related field) or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual in reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong awareness of software trends and new technologies
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Curiosity about business operations and process optimization

  • Ability to balance professionalism with a friendly, collaborative attitude among colleagues
  • Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or e-commerce software
  • SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience
  • Intrinsic motivation and curiosity to learn about entrepreneurs and their businesses

Compensation & Perks 💰🎉

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE; Base salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (actual may vary)
