About the Role 🎯
Odoo is hiring Account Executives for our North America Partnerships team. In this role, you'll focus on:
- Engaging with warm leads and recruiting new organizations to join our partner network across the region.
- Introducing partners to Odoo’s suite of business applications, enabling them to generate new revenue streams alongside their existing services.
- Managing partner relationships within a designated territory, guiding them through onboarding and the sales process.
- Receiving comprehensive training on the Odoo ecosystem to ensure successful deal closure and tailored implementations.

Responsibilities ⚙️
- Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP, using data analytics, CRM score tracking, and BANT evaluation strategies.
- Develop revenue growth strategies leveraging the Odoo lead scoring system, projecting business revenue, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and customizing ERP solutions with Python and SQL.
- Analyze strategic changes, extract data, monitor trends, and create dashboards within Odoo for managerial reporting.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closure within set timelines.
- Collaboratively design and negotiate tailored implementation packages with prospective partners in a consultative manner.
Requirements ✅
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in business or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in both English and French (professional or native/bilingual proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong familiarity with software and emerging technologies.
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Curiosity about business operations and process improvement.

- Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or E-commerce software.
- SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience.

Estimated annual compensation range: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE
Base salary: $50,000 - $70,000
