The Role: Account Executive, North America Partnerships 🌎

Are you proactive and results-driven? Join us to pursue warm leads, recruit new organizations, and expand Odoo’s partner network across North America. Your mission will be to introduce partners to our comprehensive suite of business applications, enabling them to diversify their offerings and generate new revenue streams.

In this role, you'll manage partner relationships, guide onboarding processes, and navigate the sales cycle. Full training on the Odoo ecosystem will be provided to ensure your success in closing deals and supporting tailored implementations.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Partnership Recruitment: Use data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT strategies to identify and onboard new partners.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase revenue with lead scoring, business projection, and identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities. Customize Odoo ERP solutions using Python and SQL for clients.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract data, analyze trends, and create dashboards in Odoo for managerial insights.
  • Sales Quota Management: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Consultative Selling: Collaborate with partners to design and negotiate tailored implementation packages.

What You Bring to the Table: Requirements 🎓

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business) or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English & French (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Strong awareness of software and emerging technologies
  • At least 1+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Curiosity about business operations

Nice to Have 🌟

  • Ability to foster a fun and collaborative work environment
  • Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or e-commerce software
  • SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience
  • Intrinsic motivation to learn about business owners and their enterprises

Estimated Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings), with a base of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual salary varies based on experience, education, and location.
