We're seeking proactive and results-oriented professionals to expand our North America partnerships. This role offers a hybrid work environment with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales growth across the region.

The Role: Account Executive, Partnerships (North America) 🚀
As part of our North America Partnerships team, you'll:
- Follow up on warm leads and recruit new organizations into Odoo’s partner network.
- Introduce partners to Odoo’s suite of business applications to unlock new revenue streams.
- Manage partner relationships within a defined territory.
- Support partners through onboarding and the sales cycle.
- Receive comprehensive training on the Odoo ecosystem to close deals successfully.

Responsibilities 📋
- Recruit partnerships for Odoo ERP, utilizing data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT evaluation strategies.
- Develop revenue growth strategies using Odoo’s lead scoring system, projecting revenue, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze strategic changes; report key metrics by extracting data and creating dashboards in Odoo for managerial insights.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Collaborate with potential partners to design and negotiate tailored implementation packages.
Requirements ✅
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business-related field) or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and French (professional or native/bilingual proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong awareness of software and emerging technologies.
- Minimum of 1+ year of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Curiosity about business operations and growth strategies.

- Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or e-commerce software.
- SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience.

The estimated annual compensation range is $70,000 - $90,000 OTE (including a base of $50,000 - $70,000), with actual salaries determined by experience, education, and location.
