The Role: Account Executive - North America Partnerships 🚀

We are looking for motivated Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team. Your main focus will be to:

  • Follow up on warm leads and recruit organizations to join Odoo’s partner network across North America.
  • Introduce partners to Odoo’s suite of business applications, helping them create new revenue streams by offering these alongside their existing services.
  • Manage partner relationships within a designated territory, guiding them through onboarding and the sales cycle.
  • Receive comprehensive training on the Odoo ecosystem to effectively close deals and support tailored implementations.

Core Responsibilities 🎯

  • Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP software, utilizing data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT strategies.
  • Develop revenue growth strategies by projecting business revenue, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and customizing Odoo ERP for clients using Python and SQL.
  • Analyze strategic changes, report key metrics, and create dashboards in Odoo for management review.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closing within set timelines.
  • Collaborate consultatively to design and negotiate customized implementation packages for partners.

Candidate Requirements ✅

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and French (professional or native/bilingual level – reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong awareness of software and emerging technologies.
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Curiosity about business operations and processes.

Nice to Have ✨

  • Ability to balance a professional approach with camaraderie, fostering a friendly work environment.
  • Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or E-commerce software.
  • SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience.
  • Intrinsic motivation to learn more about business owners and their needs.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 OTE with a base salary of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including experience, education, and location.
